Momentos difíceis, sem dúvida, momentos de
distanciamento com os amigos e anseios per-

We are proud to present the third issue of the
virtual magazine “SOMOS FOA”. Perhaps the most
striking thing about this edition is the high rate
of collaboration from foreign friends, who pre-
sent technical and organizational studies on di-
fferent ornithological aspects. Joining our regular
collaborators, Dr. Ariel Réboli with veterinary ar- the board of directors, members of the magazi-

nical articles, and the usual institutional ones, in
this issue giving special treatment to the (COA)
Argentine Ornithological Confederation.
The work consisted of developing and validating
an instrument that allows to bring together te-
chnical, informative, general and organizational
knowledge, highlighting the individual values of
each breeder and the organizational values on
the part of the leaders. It should be noted that
